Having been closed since July 1, the VUE has undergone significant upgrades to enhance the overall dining experience. The VUE’s newest improvements include:
- A new dining room that has enclosed space for catering both public and private functions. The new space is fully equipped with its own heating and air conditioning unit, which can be turned off for energy efficiency when the space is not occupied.
- The purchase of new and improved kitchen equipment and a more efficient layout that better facilitates large-scale food preparation.
- A larger, more open bar with extra seating and improved ambiance.
The completion of all three projects at the same time eliminated the need for future closures and proved to be the most cost-efficient option for the city.
Save the date for a resident party at the 'nue" Vue on November 17! More details to come.
