IRS Announces New Withdrawal Process for Employee Retention Credit Claims

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has introduced a new withdrawal process for Employee Retention Credit (ERC) claims. The withdrawal option allows certain employers who may have been pressured or misled by ERC marketers into filing ineligible claims, to withdraw their submissions without penalties or interest.
