Community development is an important strategy in the pursuit of economic development success. The Indiana Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is currently accepting applications for the Indiana Technical Assistance Program (INTAP). This program helps small businesses connect with critical professionals assistance to complete growth and improvement projects. Eligible small businesses may apply to receive up to $15,000 in professional services from a qualified vendor.

We are already nearing the halfway point for the 2022 legislative session. Committee report deadlines are this week – January 25 in the House and January 27 in the Senate – which means bills that do not receive a hearing by these deadlines are considered dead for the session. Here are updates on Aspire’s top issues along with other bills of interest.
