WYOMING #38
DISCOUNTED TROPHY PRONGHORN ANTELOPE
Did you draw a 2022 antelope tag for Wyoming Area 34 or Area 38 and are looking for a good guided hunt? If so, here’s a great one for you.

This professional big game outfitting operation is based in southeastern Wyoming. We have been working with them for nearly 20 years. They conduct all hunts on various private ranches encompassing many thousands of acres of prime habitat for elk, mule deer and antelope.

Their area has some excellent genetics for mass and length, and good prongs. Plus plenty of animals means you can be selective on this hunt. Success is close to 100%.
SOUTH AFRICA #300
CAPE BUFFALO AND PLAINS GAME SPECIALS
Most serious big game hunters dream of travelling to the Dark Continent one day to hunt the Big 5. Here is an opportunity to do so affordably.

This fine outfitter specializes in rifle and archery hunts in South Africa’s Limpopo Province/Free State for a variety of plains game, along with Cape buffalo and croc. They are currently offering some attractive specials, available only from August through December 2022, based out of their Limpopo camp. You will be hunting a variety of properties ranging in size from approx. 9,000-10,000 acres each.

These are 7-day hunts, and can be done as rifle and/or archery hunts. Extra days can be added for $250/day per person. Accommodations are at the outfitter’s modern lodge, and prices include all meals, drinks (including beer and wine), laundry service and airport transfers. Extras include airfares, $200 admin fee per hunter, rifle rental, dip/pack/taxidermy/shipping of trophies, and tips
INDIANA #104
LAST CHANCE FOR BIG MIDWEST WHITETAILS
THERE’S STILL TIME TO BOOK A 2022 TROPHY WHITETAIL HUNT! Indiana is a major sleeper State for big whitetails, but that’s likely going to change now that the NEW #2 ALL TIME TYPICAL BUCK WAS JUST TAKEN THERE LAST FALL! AND THIS OUTFITTER’S CLIENTS HAVE TAKE SEVERAL BOONE & CROCKETT BUCKS IN THE LAST FEW YEARS! Impressive for anywhere whitetails roam! But now is the time to take advantage of these opportunities, before everyone clues into it, and while pricing is very reasonable and tags are all over-the-counter.

With access to over more than 12,000 acres of prime whitetail and turkey habitat in southeastern Indiana, including a prime parcel that is 4,000 acres and bowhunting only, this outfitter provides an incredible opportunity for hunters to experience excellent hunts at reasonable costs. His mission is to grow and manage the very best free range whitetail deer he possibly can, and this is reflected in his 140” or 4.5-year old minimum policy. Don Sangster from our Canadian office hunted with this same outfitter during the 2017 rifle season and shot a dandy buck on the first morning.

THERE ARE STILL A FEW SPOTS LEFT FOR OPENING WEEK OF RIFLE SEASON! This is a busy hunt, so expect 20+ hunters camp, but the outfitter has plenty of land to hunt, and the bucks should be on their feet and moving! In addition, the archery and muzzleloader seasons are generally under-hunted and several spots remain. The muzzleloader season can be a great time of year to bag a monster, and this outfitter usually has a few spots saved just for muzzleloader season, that receive no prior hunting pressure.
ALBERTA #69
MOOSE AND WHITETAILS
This fine multi-species outfitter hunts the famed Peace River region of NW Alberta. This area has lots of moose and very high success. Moose here will average in the 35” to 40” range, with a patient hunter willing to risk not filling his tag having a decent chance at bagging something bigger. Good representative Canada Moose, with high success at a reasonable cost makes this is a tough deal to beat!

  • This is a late-season gun hunt, when moose are very visible due to snow and the lack of leaves on the trees. Success on this hunt is consistently around 75%, with opportunity almost 100%.

  • For the ultimate Alberta hunting adventure, you can even do a moose/deer combo during these same dates. You will cover a lot of ground using quads and see some beautiful country each day. It’s a great choice for active hunters who like to stay on the move. Success on these combo hunts has historically been very high as well, especially when hunters are not necessarily after the largest specimens of either species.

All prices include guiding, food, lodging, licenses (including wolf/coyote) and airport pickup from Grande Prairie. Accommodations and meals are in a modern lodge.
ARGENTINA #33
OUTSTANDING DOVE HUNTING
Argentina is possibly THE premiere destination for world class wingshooting for doves and pigeons. These birds number in the millions, and have become an agricultural plague. As a result, the hunting season is year round, and it is not uncommon to shoot 1,000 or more birds per day!

This outfitter is offering a special wingshooting package in Entre Rios (just 2.5 hrs. from Buenos Aires) with first class ground transfers from the airport, consisting of a 3-day NO LIMIT dove and pigeon hunt.

Lodging is 5-star and the food and wine is first class as well! You can also add perdiz hunting (in season) and/or fishing. So gather a few friends and book your adventure. Every serious wingshooter owes it to themselves to visit Argentina at least once (but you will want to go back!).
TEXAS #84
FREE-RANGE TROPHY AOUDAD
The cure for Cabin Fever! When most of us think sheep, we think of Dall, Stone, Rocky Mountain and desert bighorns at $25,000-$65,000+. But for many hunters, sheep hunting is well beyond their financial means. Well, if you’ve always wanted a gorgeous sheep mount but didn’t think you could ever afford it, or were just unwilling to pony up those sums for a single critter, this is the hunt for you.

This outfitter hunts 160,000 ACRES OF PRIVATE RANCHLAND near Post, Texas. Not only are aoudad fun and challenging to hunt, but they make a magnificent trophy too, with long flowing chaps and chest hair, and thick, curling horns. Hunts are near 100% success on big FREE-RANGING sheep! These are 250 to 350 pound animals with great eyesight and plenty of stamina. Horns are typically 27” to 32”, and some larger! We have sent over 50 aoudad hunters to this outfitter over the years, and virtually everyone comes home happy and with their trophy.

Fly into Lubbock, Texas, rent a car and drive 40 minutes. Stay in a hotel. Terrain is relatively low in elevation and hunting is from rim rock you can drive up on. We rate the physical challenge at about a modest 5 on a scale of 1 to 10.
ALASKA #100
OUTSTANDING CARIBOU, GRIZZLY, BROWN BEAR
This excellent and hard-working multi-species outfitter is based out of southeast Alaska, but most of his hunting is done out of either Kotzebue in far northern Alaska or on the Alaska Peninsula. His specialties are caribou and the big bears. Besides being a registered hunting and fishing guide, he is also an excellent bush pilot and owns his own plane. He is friendly, easy to get along with, and he has been quietly producing some outstanding trophies of all species with very high success rates.

His caribou hunts are conducted out of Kotzebue, and there is very good caribou hunting in this area, with a healthy population. He hunts along the migration route of the Western Arctic Herd, Alaska’s largest. His success rates are consistently around 95%, with 100% opportunity. This area also has LOTS of grizzlies, and success is near 100%, and big bears too (around 8-ft is reasonable). Hunt either species, or do a combo for the ultimate adventure in the land of the midnight sun (this is your best value)!

  • Wolf can be added for just the cost of a license, and fishing may be available as well. All hunts include food and accommodations, flights to camp, and guiding.
WYOMING #96
PREMIUM TROPHY BULL ELK
This is an absolute first class multi-species outfitter in NW Wyoming, just east of Yellowstone. He probably does more elk hunts than anything else, but he also does sheep, moose and mule deer, etc. His previous clients all speak very highly of him, and he’s been featured on outdoors TV more than once.

He offers some tremendous September archery and October rifle hunts for bull elk in Areas 61 and 62, as well as late-season hunts in November and early December in Areas 54, 56 and 61.

These are horseback hunts from a wilderness tent camp (sometimes possible to stay at their lodge and day-hunt from there). All of these hunts are exceptional for big bulls, with high success most years. His early-season hunts, whether it be September bowhunting or October rifle hunting, offer a great opportunity to harvest a beautiful bull elk. However, if you are up for it, his late-season trophy hunts offer a chance at some of the largest bulls the area has to offer, as they migrate into their lower wintering ranges. This is a great opportunity at a 350”-class bull of a lifetime.

These hunts will take between 10 and max. preference points to draw, so if you’re sitting on a bunch of points and have been looking for just the right opportunity, these Wyoming elk hunts might be just what you’ve been waiting for! The 2023 application deadline is January 31.
GUATEMALA #46
SAILFISH, MARLIN, DORADO & MORE
Most of us dread the quiet time of winter, longing for sunshine, outdoor action, and good times with friends and family. Why not get away to sunny and warm Guatemala and experience the best fishing of the year down there? And the cost is well within reach. For example, 4 people stay 4 nights, fish 3 days, everything included for approx. $2,400 per person (about 50% lower than their competitors’)! Great chef-prepared meals, wonderful lodging, a pool to relax in!

You may have read or heard about the truly incredible sailfishing, plus the marlin, dorado, roosters and yellowfin tuna fishing in Guatemala. It is relatively routine to raise 20 billfish a day, and land around half of that. But sometimes you can do many more. This skipper’s best used to be 84 sails to the boat in one day (maybe even more now)! Many places can only dream of RAISING that many sails in a day, never mind actually landing that many. Great people, an awesome fishery, good food, open bar, nice lodging and absolutely incredible pricing for this fishery, which is still in its infancy.

There is excellent sailfishing from October/November through April/May, giving you many months of prime fishing. Marlin, yellowfin, wahoo and king mackerel are all good most of the year. Rooster fishing is best June-August. Please note that February can bring some storms, but you can go almost any time and find good fishing.
