I've been driving an EV for one year.

I normally charge at home.
How does your EV's range affect your driving habits?
I rely more on seat heaters instead of the full-cabin heating system to save battery power. I choose to drive between 70 and 75 mph, and I maintain and stay at consistent speeds to help improve efficiency.
Do you experience range anxiety? If so, how do you manage it?
Yes - when doing a road trip to the East Coast, I arrived at an Electrify America charger with two miles left. To help with range anxiety, I turned off the climate controls and really used the regenerative braking. Needless to say, I'm always happy to park in front of a fast charger.
Do you find charging your EV at home to be cost-effective?
Very.
Do you have any tips or advice for those considering buying an EV?
One of the first things that I recommend is to get a home charger. It's like having a "fueling station" in your garage.
Check all the incentives available - not limited to utilities.
Make sure an electric vehicle fits your lifestyle.
