Hello STR Permit Holders,
The City of Indio is excited to implement its new Short-Term Rental Registration and Tax Payment System. Short-Term Rental permit renewals and TOT filings must be submitted and paid online at indio.org.
Once the page is open, at the top of the page:
- Select "How Do I"
- Under "Apply for…", select "Short-Term Rental Permits"
- The portal will allow you to renew your permit, pay fees and taxes and report and remit TOT & TBID
