An Oklahoman at heart, Jacque has lived in 6 different states.  She now calls Kentucky her home.  She attended the University of Oklahoma on a music scholarship and later finished her degree in English/Technical Writing from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky.

Jacque enjoys sharing her love for music with others by performing on various kinds of flutes or the hammered dulcimer at local schools, nursing homes, church services, and events. She also sings in the church choir and directs the church handbell choir. 

Jacque's hobbies include reading, watercolor painting, and decorating pysanky (a Ukrainian Easter egg decorated with traditional and Christian symbols using a wax-resist method).

She and her husband, Greg, enjoy being entertained by their 6 grandchildren.  They love to travel and have visited 40 states and Canada. They especially enjoy viewing the countryside while riding Greg's Harley. 

Jacque has worked at Industrial Training Services for 20 years, always loving the challenge of learning and appreciating the many friends and clients she has made through the natural gas, propane, and liquid pipeline industries.

On August 19-20, Jason Garland and Wade Balmer attended the WRGC Conference in Tempe, Arizona.  Not only did they enjoy meeting with attendees at their booth, they also had a well attended presentation on "Training a Multigenerational Workforce".  Jason is big fan of cool cars and motorcycles, so he was pretty excited about the 811 Custom Chopper as featured on the show "American Chopper" from the Discovery Channel. The custom chopper was designed and built by the famous Paul Jr. who paid amazing attention to detail using front end buckets in the wheels and a shovel for a breather cover. Jason and Wade were a little disappointed they couldn't take a test ride but they did enjoy viewing the craftsmanship.
