Further to the Industry Notice dated 29 May 2026 concerning the deadline for updating the Central Beneficial Ownership Register by 31 August 2026, the Registrar of Companies advises that enforcement action in respect of the filing of beneficial ownership information by investment funds and legal persons with trusts within their ownership structures will be further deferred until 30 September 2026.
