INDUSTRY VETS MIKE JASON AND MIKE ROBERTSON LAUNCH STARVISTA MANAGEMENT
 
 Full-Service Management Firm Bows with The Gatlin Brothers as First Client
(Nashville,TN…) – November 4, 2019 – StarVista Entertainment LLC [“SVE”] and Direct Holdings Global LLC [“DHG”], distributing under the Time Life brand, today announced the formation of StarVista Management [“SVM”], a full-service artist and event management company with offices in Nashville and Fairfax, Virginia, which debuts with Grammy and ACM Award-winning trio, Larry, Steve & Rudy: The Gatlin Brothers as their first client. SVM will be headed by music industry veterans Mike Jason, serving as Senior Vice President and Mike Robertson who will serve as Managing Partner.
 
A full-service management firm, SVM was established to provide the vision and dedication necessary to help clients achieve their creative and business goals offering long-range planning, branding, digital strategy, marketing, merchandise management, and broad business support in an evolving entertainment industry.   
 
“SVM is a natural extension of our successful entertainment businesses including nine themed music cruises and events including The Country Music Cruise,” said Mike Jason, who has also held senior positions at Sanctuary Music Group, BMG Music/RCA Records and Inter-Continental Hotels. “SVM and its affiliated companies will have unique opportunities, resources and significant partnerships our clients can plug into.”

SVM, through its DHG affiliates, including dick clark productions [“dcp”], will provide extensive media know-how and expertise in network and cable television, award shows, live events and Infomercials, hosted by superstar artists, that feature the greatest music from all genres. During the past 10 years, Time Life has spent more than $300 million in TV advertising, resulting in more than 750 million impressions for hosts and featured artists. 
 
In addition, StarVista Management will offer its clients retail marketing, digital distribution and exploitation through its internal, worldwide sales and digital marketing team as well as publicity, tour marketing, direct marketing, web promotion, and other support. On the live entertainment front, StarVista LIVE, an affiliate of SVM, has ongoing management and buyer relationships with all major U.S. talent agencies, buyers and promoters. Artists can be included in annual live events produced by  StarVista LIVE  and add visibility on websites each with 250,000 unique visitors annually. 

Beyond his leadership role with SVM, Jason will remain as Senior Vice President of StarVista Live, a division of DHG, producing music themed cruises and live events. Additionally, Robertson will continue to operate Mike Robertson Management, representing Jonathan Edwards, Patty Loveless and Wade Hayes.
