Advent Craft in Sunday School

Our preschoolers will make a simple advent wreath in Sunday School on Nov. 25. We hope your family will use it and our church devotional guide to wait and prepare for Christmas.

This year the Formation Team is creating a daily Advent Devotional Email titled: Welcoming Advent. In it will be an optional Sunday candle lighting ritual for households to weave into their afternoon or evening as a way to focus our attention on Welcoming Christ. The Sunday liturgy can be used with families lighting their advent wreaths...or in a preschoolers case, "gluing on their flame."

Prayer Cards for Preschool Families

Have you picked up your Sunday School Prayer Cards yet? Each classroom has a starter ring with a brief description of the cards and a "Grace" card. Each quarter we will use a new prayer in the classroom. On the first Sunday of that quarter you can pick up the corresponding prayer card to take home and use.
