Make a Difference: Seeking Summer Worksites for Young Adults
Seeking a way to give back and support the growth of young adults in our community? The Summer Youth Earn and Learn Program is looking for local employers in the 20 town region that The WorkPlace serves to provide summer work sites for our ambitious CareerHub participants.
As an employer partner, there is no cost to you. The program covers the interns' salaries for the entire seven-week duration. By opening your doors, you'll help young adults gain independence, learn valuable work skills, and be part of a team while earning money over the summer. Past employers have found the program to be a valuable way to embark on projects they otherwise wouldn't have time for and a way to help develop the next generation of workers.
To learn more about how a young adult participant can support your business, contact Carmen Nieves at cnieves@workplace.org or use the button below . Join us in shaping the future and empowering our young adults through this incredible opportunity.
