Dress for Success Mid Fairfield County is grateful for a $10,000 grant to provide support for the new New Haven location. This investment strengthens DFSMFC’s mission to empower women as they prepare for interviews, enter the workforce, and transition into sustainable, long-term careers.

Many low-income women face significant barriers to employment and rely on community support to help meet basic needs for themselves and their families. Liberty Bank’s assistance will help expand access to career development services, professional attire, and employment readiness programs, creating a pathway towards economic stability for women across New Haven.
