Please join me, Community Board 12, and the offices of State Senator Adriano Espaillat, Assembly Member Herman "Denny" Farell, Jr, Assembly Woman Gabriela Rosa, and Council Member Mark Levine,  in a presentation on how to apply for Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) programs offered by Community-Based Organizations this Wednesday night from 7-9pm at PS 115.
