As of today, Rent Tracks is no longer active. That means that if you have not yet paid rent, you will encounter difficulties. If you paid July early via Rent Tracks-- thank you-- but you will not be able to do so for August.
We remind you we no longer accept personal checks or money orders-the portal affords you an electronic option at the location of your choice to replace personal checks and money orders dropped at our office.
We know it's a lot of change in an uncertain time; we're living in an uncertain world now and we're all just adapting as best we can. Speaking of which, do you know about the mask policy just announced yesterday? See this: Mask Requirements
Which reminds us-if you are a JEA customer, check the status of the billing forgiveness as it may be expiring: JEA Billing
We know this is not a popular topic either but: hurricane season. Nothing is happening now but we all know something will develop eventually and we always need to be prepared. Do you know your flood zone? Do you know your evacuation route? Have you looked into renter's insurance (especially based on, say, your flood zone)?
