The trajectory of this project is still positive! Starting this week, our communications will become less frequent as the system is stable and issues are not impacting most Aspirus employees. Issues are mostly impacting our support services who have prepared for this work. Hospitals and clinics are largely unaffected.
The payroll process is moving forward as planned and we will send out at least one more update before our Friday payday. All of the timecards have been imported from Kronos into the Infor payroll system.
As a reminder, this week will be the first week that our pay date falls on Friday instead of Thursday. At Aspirus not every employee gets paid on the same week, or pay cycle. Roughly half will be paid during this week’s pay cycle and the other half will be paid the following week. Your pay cycle has not changed.
