Infor Self-Service is Replacing UKG/Kronos

Here’s what you need to know.


On Friday, Dec. 22, 2023, Self-Service is officially transitioning from UKG systems to Infor. Infor will support critical business functions including human resources, payroll, financials, analytics, talent acquisition and workforce management.


With Infor comes a new user-friendly look, making it easier to access all the same information you would in the old UKG system.

What does this mean for me?

You will now use Infor to access Self-Service, where you will be able to view your schedule, pay stubs and benefits information, submit time-off requests, update your personal information, explore transfer opportunities and more. The new site is at https://tinyurl.com/InforRosen.


You may also download the Infor Go app on your mobile device for easy access to Self-Service. With the app, you have access to the same information as on the desktop site.


How do I get started with Infor?

You will receive an email from noreply@inforcloudsuite.com with a link to sign in to your new account on Friday, December 22. You may want to save this email or bookmark the link included for future reference. PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to log in to Infor until Dec. 22.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, the process to reset it has changed. Now with Infor, use the Forgot Password option to reset your password within the Infor website or app. Note that Human Resources will no longer be able to reset user passwords.

All vacation balances will carry over to the new system. Note that when requesting time off, you will no longer need to select Capped or Uncapped hours, as the system will automatically deduct from Capped hours first (this change only applies to associates with Uncapped banks).
