The selection of our next Rabbi is a critical and important step on our journey to our Bold Future, and we hope and strongly encourage you to engage and play a role in the selection process.
Typically, you would only get to meet and learn about a Rabbi candidate by participating in the in-person visit. However, because this is such an important decision, we want everyone to get to know Rabbi Hodson and provide as much feedback to the Rabbi Recruitment and Search Committee as possible.
To this end, we are going to utilize a different process than in previous clergy searches that will provide everyone with the opportunity to view Rabbi Hodson’s two conversations with the committee. Each interview is approximately 1½ hours and will give you a better understanding of who Rabbi Hodson is, his previous experience, insight into his thought process, and most importantly, why he wants to come to Texas and be our next Rabbi.
