Orange County CARES Act Funding
Orange County Government has received $243.2 million in Federal CARES Act funding.

The County's Small Business Grant Program will provide $10,000 in grant money to small businesses located in Orange County to help offset lost revenue due to COVID-19, and the Individual and Family Assistance Program for residents will provide a one-time payment of $1,000 per household to bridge financial gaps for overdue rent, mortgage, medical or an eligible utility expense.

The applications for the Small Business Grant Program and the Individual and Family Assistance Program will open on Monday, June 8, 2020.

Funds for both programs are limited. Orange County Government is urging small businesses and residents to review the eligibility criteria and prepare their documents now, so they are ready to apply when applications open on Monday, June 8, 2020.
