The details of that election were discussed at the April 4th Special Board Meeting. This email blast is intended to provide an overview of the election procedure and specific information about the issues discussed.
Election Procedure
Four items require the community's vote and will be presented on a single ballot.
The official ballot will be available on May 4, 2024.
The last day to vote is May 14, 2024.
Electronic and hard copy/paper ballots will be available.
An electronic ballot link will be sent to each household via email.
Paper ballots will be delivered to the eight households without email.
Paper ballots will be available at the cabana (a.k.a. the library). When completed, they may be deposited in the HOA's mailbox (7702 E Highland).
At the May 14, 2024, regular board meeting, paper ballots will be accepted up until 5:50 p.m., and the election results will be announced.
