If your nonprofit experienced a reduction in quarterly gross receipts or had to modify operations due to various COVID-related regulations, you may be eligible for up to $33,000 per employee. **Receiving a PPP (Paycheck Protection Program) loan no longer affects your ability to qualify for the ERTC.**

  • Families can get up to $3000-$3600 per child!
  • Even with $0 income families can receive a tax credit, but they have to file taxes.
  • Families can still file taxes for 2020 post May 17th and there are no penalties.
  • For state credit, no Social Security Number (SSN) is required.
  • If you qualify for CalEITC and have a child under the age of 6, you may also qualify for the Young Child Tax Credit.
