You'll arrive at NADCA’s 35th Annual Meeting & Exposition in just a few short days, and we're so excited to welcome you to this year's event. Whether you're coming for certification, education, networking, or all of the above, we can't wait for you to experience this year's impressive program!
Before you hit the road (or catch your flight), pay close attention, because this email has everything you need to know before heading to Las Vegas.

IMPORTANT: If your company registered multiple employees under one email, please forward this to them. It includes important information about the event, and what to expect upon arrival.

The NADCA registration desk will be located in the Paris Las Vegas Conference Center. This is where you'll pick up your badge and any pre-purchased items, including training materials.
Your badge is your admission to all event functions and must be worn at all times.

The Exhibit Hall is located in the Rivoli Ballroom. Stroll around and be sure to visit all the exhibitors and sponsors — without them, NADCA events wouldn't be possible!
If you are interested in a product or service, place your orders on-site so exhibitors see value in continuing to support our events.
Don't forget: Badges must be worn at all times to access the Exhibit Hall.

Volunteer Meeting
Tuesday, March 5
NADCA depends on volunteers. From our Board of Directors to our committee members and more, volunteers help shape the association's future.
If you want to join a NADCA committee, attend the Volunteer Meeting on Tuesday, March 5, at 1:00 pm in the Versailles room.

Certificate of Attendance & CECs
Certificates of Attendance and six (6) Continuing Education Credits (CECs) will be made available at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting & Exposition.
For satisfactory completion, participants must have paid the registration fee, scanned the QR code during each CEC session, and attended CEC sessions in their entirety in order to receive credits.

ASCS & CVI Certifications
Pre-conference training courses for ASCS and CVI certification will take place one day only, on Monday, March 4, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Meals include breakfast from 7:00am to 8:00am and lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm (both in Versailles 1/2).
Certification exams will be held on Tuesday, March 5 from 7:00am to 10:30am.
