is your reference guide for all convention information. It contains everything that is included in the Pre-Convention Journal, plus, amended resolutions, financial report, and the worship bulletin.

Primary Zoom and Livestream Links
How to join the Business Sessions if you have voice or vote:
-
If you have voice or vote you will join convention business sessions via Zoom.
- Those with voice and vote are: certified lay delegates and certified canonical clergy.
- Those with voice but no vote are members of the Standing Committee, Constitution and Canons Committee, the Commission on Ministry, and the Trustees, the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor of the diocese, and the Registrar of Convention.
- Primary Zoom link will open at 8:30 a.m.; however, the convention will not begin until 9:00 a.m.
How to join the Business Sessions if you are a presenter or have a speaking role:

If you are a presenter or have any speaking role, you have been contacted separately and will use the presenters link (sent separately to presenters/speakers only) — NOT the primary link. If you did not receive a separate email with this information, please contact cbimbi@delaware.church.
How to join the Business Sessions if you do not have vote, voice, or
speaking role:
-
Anyone who does not have vote, voice, or speaking role may livestream convention business sessions by going to the diocesan webpage and clicking on the corresponding image provided, see image below left.

Worship service
Livestream and in person
- The Holy Eucharist is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m.

Everyone may join the service of Holy Eucharist livestream by going to the diocesan webpage and clicking on the corresponding image provided. See image below, right.

Upon the completion of Business Session II, please log out of the convention link and log into the separate convention Eucharist link here. The service will begin at 2:30 p.m. or shortly after adjournment (if convention goes longer than planned).
- A link to the worship bulletin will be posted on the convention webpage and is also included in the Convention Guidebook (above).
- You may also join worship in person at St. David's Episcopal Church, 2320 Grubb Road, Wilmington.

Voters
Quorum and login information
- Please be aware, that for the purpose of establishing a quorum AND to make sure that you have all necessary connections in place, you are asked to login with your voter credentials (contained in the email sent from Data on the Spot this week) beginning at 8:15 a.m. on November 20, 2020.
- A quorum needs to be established before convention starts at 9:00 a.m.

If you are not going to act in the role of a delegate, then please do NOT use the primary zoom link and instead please see How to join the business session if you do not have vote, voice, or speaking role above and use the livestream link.

There are convention resources to provide help if needed

If you have a problem with your voting credentials please message the host in the Zoom chat, or email credentials@dataonthespot.com.
- If you have problems with connecting to convention via zoom, please call the convention helpline at 302-256-0374.

General Reminders
There are several things to keep in mind before convention
- Please familiarize yourself with the convention materials, particularly the agenda, candidates for offices, resolutions that will be voted on, and the Zoom protocol (above).

Prayer Room During Convention
|
Members of Daughters of the King will offer, virtually, a place for personal prayer and reflection throughout the convention.
Prayer requests and reflections may be sent to a confidential email address that will be visible on the screen during convention.
