ILPC

We wanted to share some information with you that will be possibly coming out through the local media.

In the early hours of Thursday, August 18th, two individuals entered our building through a door that didn’t get closed all the way. These individuals ultimately took a few items from our Worship Center – a set of drumsticks, 4 Bibles, and an Offering Plate.

Our cameras were able to capture them doing this, as well as the vehicle they were driving. In reporting this to the Hendersonville Police, the HPD was able to quickly identify the individuals. Before Thursday was over, we had all items back in our possession. We are very appreciative of Hendersonville Police Department and their partnership.

We will be working in the days ahead to get the door serviced to alleviate this from happening again. In the meantime, when you exit our building, please make sure the door closes all the way behind you.

Our Administrative Pastor, Drew Altom, tried to communicate to the media that we have care and concern for the individual lives of these people. Please be praying for them. The church is not pressing any charges, but the state may choose to move forward with charges for breaking and entering.

Any questions on this can be directed to any Elder or Drew Altom at drew@ilpc.church
