Things to Know
Conference Location:
The conference will be held at the

*If you are not already a Marriott Bonvoy member,

to receive free wifi in the hotel common areas and your hotel room.
Registration
:
Check-in at the Registration Desk located on the main level toward the back of the hotel lobby (Lower Rotunda). Registration will be open Sunday from 9am-5pm and Monday from 8am-5pm. If you are planning to attend an event on Saturday or Tuesday, your name will be on a guest list. Your name badge is your entrance ticket to all non-ticketed conference events. You should keep this on you at all times.
Meals
:
Sunday's Welcome Brunch, Monday's Exhibit Hall Buffet, and Tuesday's Continental Breakfast are all included in full conference registration, but you
MUST
have checked the Sunday and Monday meals off if you are planning to attend. If you do not see the meals on your reservation,
contact us TODAY
to check your registration. Once on site, you may check to see if any tickets come available. The hotel does feature a restaurant and there are restaurants nearby.
Events
:
All evening events and tours required pre-registration; if an event isn't on your reservation, there may be a few tickets left when you arrive to register, but that is not guaranteed.

Capitol Museum Services Behind-the-Scenes Tour
on Tuesday March 10, 1pm-3pm, please sign-up in advance by visiting the CMS Booth #4 in the Exhibitor Hall. Come and see how one of the leading exhibition fabrication firms operates and witness museum exhibits in production! Light refreshments will be served.
