The Caverns is an independent venue run by music lovers like you. The safety of our patrons is our top priority. To help you stay hydrated, you'll find free water stations on the campground and at the cave and amphitheater shows, in addition to water available for purchase. Our main goal is to ensure you have an absolute blast. We can't wait to see you soon!


Campground and Yurt Information


  • Camping and Yurts Entrance: Take the first entrance off of Charlie Roberts Road. Follow the signs on the road and enter at the first entrance only. Yurt guests, please stay to the right and follow the signage back to Yurt Village. See maps below.
  • Car Camping Passes and Event Tickets: Each car entering the camping lot must show their scannable car camping ticket upon entry. Show tickets will not be scanned at this time. A camping pass is required for each night your car will be onsite. Additionally, everyone in the car must have an event ticket.
  • Camping Credentials: Only the people who arrive in the car will receive a camping credential upon entering. This credential is required to enter the campgrounds.
  • Parking Instructions: Follow the instructions from campground staff regarding parking. Remember, you cannot save a camping spot for other cars. If you'd like to camp together, all cars must arrive together. Camping sites are first come, first served.
  • Campsite Size: Each campsite is 20x20 and can accommodate the car you're in and 1-2 tents.
  • Fire Guidelines: Fires are allowed in the campground but must be contained and off the ground. Please do not leave fires unattended. Campground staff reserve the right to extinguish any fire for safety concerns.
  • Water Supply: A free water station will be available in the campgrounds. Refillable water bottles are allowed within the campground. Camping is primitive.
  • Food and Beverage Policy:You are allowed to bring in all the food, beverages and water you will need in the campground. Food trucks and vendors will also be located near the campground. Please note - outside food, beverage, and water are not allowed in the music venues, only in the campgrounds.
  • Ice Availability: Ice will be available in the campground from 10 am CT to 6 pm CT, Friday to Sunday.
  • Food and Craft Vendors: Vendors will be located near the entrance to the footpath. Check each vendor for their specific hours of operation.
  • Restroom Facilities: Porta-potties are available throughout the campground. There are no onsite showers.
  • Venue Access: The footpath to the venue is open according to the schedules posted for each show above. Check the event schedules for specific information. Access to the venues is not allowed before the designated times each day.
  • Cave Tour Parking: If you're taking a cave tour during the day, you can drive to the gift shop and temporarily park. Drive carefully through the campgrounds, and remember that walking on Charlie Roberts Road is not permitted.
  • No Re-entry Policy: We have a strict no re-entry policy once you enter the music venues from the campground. However, you are allowed to enter and exit the campground throughout the day. For instance, if you wish to take a nearby hike during the day, you can leave and return. We kindly ask that you minimize driving within the campgrounds. We encourage you to plan on staying for the shows and enjoy the full experience.
  • Curfew and Noise Regulations: There is an 11:00 pm CT curfew on loud noise in the campground. Amplified speakers are not allowed. Keep sounds at a level only audible to your campsite.
  • First Aid and Security: A first aid tent will be set up at the beginning of the footpath from 7 pm to 7 am each event night. Event staff and police will be present in the campgrounds at all times for your safety and assistance.
  • Accessibility Accommodations: If anyone in your party has difficulty walking, please email info@thecaverns.com and inform a parking attendant upon arrival, and we will try to accommodate your needs.
  • Weather Awareness: Please be aware of the weather conditions. If severe weather is in the area during the shows, venue staff will make announcements from the stage. After the event, campers will be informed to shelter in their vehicles if severe weather is nearby.
  • Footwear and Safety: The Caverns is an outdoor venue with uneven ground. It is recommended to wear proper footwear, such as athletic or outdoor shoes. Be aware of your surroundings, stay on footpaths, and look out for each other. Be mindful of snakes, ticks, and other natural concerns, and notify event staff if you encounter anything out of the ordinary.


Prohibited Items in Camping Area - These items will be confiscated if found and may not be returned. Please see the full list of prohibited items here. 

  • Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to:
  • Firearms (with or without a permit)
  • Pocket Knives, multi-tools, or knives of any size
  • Pepper Spray or Mace
  • Illegal substances
  • Fireworks or flares flying prayer papers, or explosives
  • No oversized grills, smokers, BBQ pits, etc
  • No large open campfires. Please see the “Fire” section listed below
  • Illicit goods or illegal substances
  • Laser pointers
  • Professional camera equipment or flash photography.
  • Audio or video recording devices
  • Noise-making devices
  • No PA systems or speakers that can be heard outside of your own campsite
  • Pets, other than service animals; does not include comfort animals
  • No unauthorized vending
  • No generators (Solar generators are exempt)
  • No gas/fuel cans of any kind (with the exception of small propane containers for camp stoves listed above)
  • No kegs
  • No drones
  • No golf clubs
  • No hammers
  • No unauthorized merchandise
  • No helium or nitrous tanks
  • No bicycles, skateboards, or scooters
  • No one wheelers
  • No threatening signs or apparel
  • Anything else security deems inappropriate or unsafe
