Dear FSSA Prospective Students and Families,

As we begin the weekend after a uniquely difficult week for our country, I hope that your current school communities have recognized the importance of holding space for students to acknowledge their feelings and gain hope and strength from the common bonds that community and connection can provide, even in our most challenging moments. You, our young people, inspire me to remain hopeful for a better future that values democracy, humanity, diversity and anti-racism. I encourage you to seek out an adult that you trust in your current school community if you need a space to share your feelings or additional support.

Frank Sinatra School of the Arts will host a live virtual Open House Town Hall on Tuesday, January 19th at 7pm on the FSSA virtual stage. This will be an opportunity to learn about the school from administration, teachers and students as well as have your questions answered about the application and audition process. No registration is required and the event is open to all who want to attend at this link. Please submit your questions in advance by CLICKING HERE.

The New York City Department of Education will also be hosting a Live Virtual Arts Fair with all Queens Audition Schools on Tuesday, February 2nd from 4pm-6pm. Pre-Registration is required to participate in this NYC DOE event.
