We are excited to announce that we have completed the process of setting up the FACTS tuition management system for families to make and manage tuition payments online. Thank you for your patience as we worked to get this new system up and running.
The FACTS system provides a secure, convenient online tuition and fees payment method, allowing families to select from a variety of payment methods.
This week, you will receive a letter that includes a unique registration code that will allow families to register with FACTS and set up your individual account. This letter will be sent to you via email - please be sure to check you e-mailbox for this letter.
Please take note of important dates:
- All families must log into FACTS and create an account by Saturday, August 10th.
- First tuition payments are due by Thursday, August 15th. Your account will allow you to make tuition payments for all of your children at the school.
Now that we are on the FACTS system, the school will no longer be accepting payments directly. Regardless of which payment plan you are choosing (full payment or installments), your first tuition payment is due August 15th.
Note that we are merging two payment schedules into this new program, and therefore, the schedule for first tuition payment applies only to St. Barbara Campus families. St. Therese Campus families have already made their first tuition payment per the former tuition payment schedule. All St. Therese families will be on the same FACTS schedule moving forward.
