GOING..GOING...GONE!

The tulip bulb giveaway was like trying to get a Cabbage Patch Doll on Black Friday (for those of you old enough to remember the Cabbage Patch craze!)
Folks were lined up early and more than 10,000 bulbs were distributed in a short amount of time.
We heard many positives and a few negatives about the process this year. Some people who have never been able to get any before
(due to having to work during the week) were able to finally get some, and others who "always got some" were unable to get any, because they were gone so quickly.
Unfortunately, no matter what the process is, we will never have enough to give away to everyone. Our apologies to those who wanted tulip bulbs but were unable to get any this year.
There were some rumors that we changed locations, (we did not) - that we changed dates, (we did not) - or that we canceled it and failed to notify people (we did not.)
We managed to give away a little more than 10,000 - we reserved almost 15,000 for next year - and are using approximately 10,000 for on the green roof at the library for next Spring.
We will try again next year! Thank you for understanding!
Join us on The Green for a screening of a family friendly movie. Please bring blankets, chairs, and snacks. Free popcorn, movie snack packs, and a movie related Grab & Go kit will be provided.

In the event of rain, the event will be cancelled.
