Dear School Readiness Providers,
We are emailing today to inform you of a certificate display error that affected some enrollments within the portal system.
Currently, some certificates for children enrolled at your program between June 1, 2020 to July 13, 2020 from the School Readiness program or our local Children's Services Council scholarship program, do not display the provider payment rate. For these certificates, please note that while new certificates will not be issued, this will not affect your payment or reimbursement. Reimbursement will be based on the current rates under the Provider Portal.
The Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County's auditing and monitoring team has been alerted to this discrepancy.
We kindly ask the following:
- Please do not turn away parents with certificates that are experiencing this omission.
- If needed, call and verify with us, and process their enrollment as usual.
