Infrastructure and Reserve Committee Update



Thank you to all homeowners who expressed interest in the newly formed Infrastructure and Reserve Committee. The Association sincerely appreciates the time and effort that candidates put into their applications and discussion with the Committee Chair, Robbie Banks.

We are pleased to announce that the Committee has now been filled to capacity, with eight appointed members: Robbie Banks, James Young, John LeGrow, John Lawrence, Karo Vartanian, Rudy Wartlik, David Gilbertson and Peter Giulioni.

The Committee will begin meeting and planning soon. Once their initial work is complete, they will share their findings and recommendations with both the Board of Directors and our resident community.



We are excited for the work ahead, and grateful to these individuals for their commitment to strengthening our Association’s infrastructure and long-term planning.
