As you undoubtedly know, the recent outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus) has made its way to the United States and is spreading rapidly. Ingen Software is committed to the health and safety of our team as well as providing timely service and support to our customers. I would like to take this opportunity to update you on our current operational plans and procedures that have recently gone into effect in the wake of this event.

Ingen Software is currently able to continue operations. Our staff is capable of working remotely and will do so to limit any face-to-face interactions in hopes of preventing the introduction and spread of the virus to our team and their families. However, we are recommending that any upcoming onsite and in house training be rescheduled should any further quarantine requirements and travel restrictions come into effect. Please contact us for rescheduling and be prepared to see the rescheduled dates for much later in the year. 

We are currently taking the following steps:

• We have issued reminders about recommended hygiene procedures
• We have stressed the importance of staying home should someone feel unwell or exhibit symptoms
• We are limiting travel in order to protect our team members and our customers
• We are instituting our work-from-home procedures
