Podcast: Business Unit Shows Unwavering Commitment During COVID-19
During this pandemic, some have assumed that administrative units can work from home and don't need to be in our buildings. Service industries like education have to find a better balance to keep operations running. Many of our administrative teams have been in the office regularly since the pandemic started because it is necessary. In this podcast, we will highlight the efforts of our Business Unit which includes the Business Office, Facilities and Transportation. From depositing and issuing checks, purchasing, required state reporting, re-routing buses, cleaning of facilities and enhanced safety protocols, this team has been amazing. We appreciate all Ingham ISD administrative teams! Thank you for all you do to support staff, students and families, even though you're not in the classroom. #InghamImpact
Project SEARCH Student Finds Success
at Eric King Agency
Students find success in a variety of ways. For Joseph, a Project SEARCH student with the State of Michigan, his success could have been derailed by the pandemic if not for a local insurance company, MEEMIC Eric King Insurance Agency, that was willing to take a chance on him.
