Reverse Job Fair
The career and technical education programs of Clinton, Eaton and Ingham counties' regional educational service agencies joined together for the first Reverse Job Fair in Mid-Michigan. High school seniors skilled in the areas of manufacturing and information technology were sought out by area employers to find qualified candidates for open positions at their organizations. This pilot program included 60 students and 15 employers, with a plan to expand this event in 2019. Thank you to sponsors Dean Transportation and Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Hearts of Fun Golf Scramble Fund Raiser
Please join us for a fun day of golf at Eldorado on June 13 for our Hearts of Fun Golf Scramble - $300 per team. The Hearts of Fun Playground Project is working to raise $200,000 to fund a fully accessible playground for students who have physical and cognitive challenges and for others with disabilities.

Charter, public, private and homeschooling or other 501 (c)(3) organizations are eligible for grants ranging from $400,000 to $2 million from the Innovative Technology Experiences for Students and Teachers (ITEST) program. ITEST supports pre-kindergarten through grade 12 students interested in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and information and communications technology (ICT), and they are looking for projects that increase students' awareness of jobs in STEM, motivate them to take the necessary coursework for STEM, and develop and promote the skills necessary for the STEM field.  Deadline: August 8, 2018
