Hispanic Services Librarian Briceida, along with interns Jose and Tessie (pictured right), and musician Louie Cruz Beltran were honored to welcome District 3 Art Commissioner, Phyllis Battle (pictured left). Commissioner Battle graced the event with her presence, shared songs, and enjoyed connecting with the community!
