D2L Archive FAQs Page Available Now
Please remember that D2L will be going away as of June 30, 2020. All UW-Parkside courses are hosted in the Canvas learning management system.

With D2L going away soon, it is important to make sure you have everything you need from the LMS before the final access date! For more information on the D2L archive, please visit our FAQ page .

If you need any content from the learning management system before it is officially retired, you must contact Innovations in Learning prior to the June 30 deadline. You can contact Innovations in Learning by emailing [email protected] .
Canvas Tier 1 Support Available 24/7
Canvas offers Tier 1 Support for all faculty and students 24/7, 365 days a year. If you have a question about Canvas or need help finding something, please contact Tier 1 Support first as they are able to impersonate accounts and troubleshoot directly, something our admin team is unable to do.

You can access Tier 1 Support by logging in to Canvas and clicking on the Help button located at the bottom of the gray left hand navigation bar. You can search the Canvas Guides , chat online, email, or call. The phone number for student support is: 1 (833) 820-4070
Download the Canvas Student App
Did you know that there is a Canvas mobile app for students? Download Canvas Student on your mobile device to access your courses wherever you are!

You can keep track of your course calendars, submit assignments, take quizzes, and more all from the palm of your hand! (Though we don't necessarily recommend the quiz part due to potential errors.) This is a great way to track your Canvas notifications such as when a new grade gets posted or when your instructor makes an announcement.

Just search for “Canvas Student” in Google Play or App Store!
Office 365 FREE to Parkside Students!
Students! Remember that you have free versions of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel through your Rangermail account!

Simply log into the web version of your email and click on the grid icon at the top left of the screen. You even have the option to download desktop versions of Office 365 to use until you graduate.

Your OneDrive account has one terabyte of storage, so it's the perfect place to organize all of your schoolwork! Store assignments directly in OneDrive, or download them to save hard copies on your computer/device.

OneDrive also makes it easy to collaborate with your classmates on group projects or assignments. You can share files with classmates and work on documents at the same time.
App of the Month: Exam Countdown
A new semester means new opportunities to get organized! This month's featured app is Exam Countdown.

Exam Countdown helps you keep track of deadlines with a colorful, clean interface. Enter exam deadlines into the app and get an immediate countdown on your phone, helping you plan how much time is available for studying.

This free app is available for both Android and Apple devices, with upgrades available for purchase. For more information on the organization app, visit the Exam Countdown website .
