“When I walked into Regency Park Oak Knoll for the first time, the feeling I had was, ‘This is it. This is mom’s new home.’ There is certain energy to Oak Knoll, and it manifests itself in so many ways. The staff, every single one of them that I encounter, treats the residents with such respect and kindness. Each one of them seems to go the extra mile to take care of the residents and their needs.”

"The personnel and amenities at Regency Park Oak Knoll are outstanding. Every person at Regency Park Oak Knoll contributes to making the whole environment warm and positive. Everyone is so genuinely devoted, caring, kind, attentive and friendly…the off-shoot of their amazing, shared talents is that life for the residents is gentle, calm, comfortable, clean and the variety of activities enable each person to become constructively engaged in something enjoyable. Each and all make life remarkably pleasant and comfortable for the residents. I thank you all for the very special home you provide for my mother, and for others.
Moving mom from her home after dad’s recent passing was expected by us to be a disrupting challenge for our mother. You, the outstanding people at Regency Park Oak Knoll, enabled the move to go remarkably well. Mom has acclimated better than we expected. She ‘loves’ you, and appreciates the great food, the cleanliness, the kindness, the beautiful and immaculate gardens, as well as the live music and they way you introduce her to other residents. Thank you for making mom feel so welcome, and a part of your family. You have delivered beyond my imagination, and better than I had ever hoped. You have made our mother’s life better, more active and healthier.
To all of you who make life so pleasant for all your residents, I say “thank you, and God bless you.” You are remarkable and your team is wonderful."
