Hello Everyone!
I truly appreciate your continued efforts and remain hopeful that our world is slowly moving into a healthier future. As you know we have remained very busy and are currently adding people to our team both in the Boulder office and across the country in our many partner offices.

A warm welcome to all of our new co-workers. We are pleased to have Gina Roberti, Heather Koch, and Catherine Pavilanis join our Boulder staff, and a big welcome back to Michelle McCambridge. I would also like to extend my congratulations to Donna Cummings for being selected by Tony Busalacchi as UCAR's new Delphi Coordinator.

Know that in spite of the pandemic, we haven't missed a beat with our work. Go here or below in an article for an annual review of last year's accomplishments.
As you know our Performance Evaluations are in process right now. We have requested that you share with us your Network Feedback by April 23. Instructions are here in case you have yet to complete this process. Self Evaluations will be due by May 28th. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The CPAESS Boulder staff and our UCP co-workers have been hard at work on two different proposals of late. They are the NOAA Scientific Collaboration Program and the NOAA Climate Adaptation and Mitigation cooperative agreements. Your excellent work has certainly given us a great deal to highlight.

I would like to personally welcome our new nine fellows to the NOAA Climate and Global Change postdoctoral program. We are delighted to have you on board and look forward to seeing your new research.

As many of you know our Senior Program Manager, Melanie Russ has recently left CPAESS. She served UCAR for twenty years and will be missed. As part of a goodbye to her, we created this wordle below.
