What it Means to Work at Coastal:

I love interacting and helping students achieve their goals. I get to challenge students every day I come to work. Most students do not realize it but they enjoy the challenge and they are proud of what they have accomplished just as I am proud of the product (student) that I produce.

I feel like I make a daily difference either with students or coworkers or both. I have a great fulfillment and sense of belonging in my position with the college. As an alumnus, I have always been proud to tell people of where I went to college, and now, where I work.
