Driven to learn: RTD College Fair empowers employee growth | | At RTD, professional growth isn’t just encouraged, it’s funded. That message was on full display during the 2025 RTD College Fair, an event designed to connect staff with educational opportunities and showcase how the agency’s Professional Development Program (PDP) can help make those opportunities a reality. | | Welcome to RTD's newest employees! | Twenty-two employees joined the agency at Monday's orientation. Welcome aboard! We are glad that you are here. | | Every day across the Denver metro area, RTD employees are making lives better through connections. The agency is proud to spotlight our exceptional workforce who go above and beyond in their roles and embody RTD’s core values. Join us in celebrating colleagues who personify the values of passion, respect, diversity, trustworthiness, collaboration and ownership. | | Employees’ collaboration helps make vehicle surfaces safer | |

CRMOW indicated several near misses with people slipping on these surfaces.

| | Thank you to colleagues across RTD who provide weekly updates | |
To keep a diverse and dynamic workforce informed requires constant collaboration and care that extends beyond the members of the Internal Communications team. It necessitates participation by colleagues across the agency, and their ideas, observations and questions help shape the team’s strategic work – and the content shared each week in tactics that include Inside Connections and the Hot Sheet.
