Inside Dunwoody masthead

Dunwoody, Georgia: June 2026

Dunwoody’s commercial market has the X factor – and that’s not me saying it. Brooke MacLean, CEO of Marketwake at Campus 244, recently told the Atlanta Business Chronicle, “When we started exploring Dunwoody, I was pleasantly surprised that there was that X factor. There was energy, and that’s what we’re looking for.”

Commercial leasing wins

Dunwoody’s Economic Development Department has cultivated that energy, and it’s paying off with several new commercial leasing announcements that speak to the strength of the Dunwoody/Perimeter market:

  • Infor is relocating its headquarters from New York City to Dunwoody at Campus 244 (pictured here). As a global leader in cloud-based enterprise software, Infor’s move represents a significant investment in the city, with a new 80,000-square-foot office and 500 employees coming to Dunwoody.
  • Choate Construction plans to bring more than 200 employees to a 57,000-square-foot space in the North Terraces.
  • CM Mission Critical Engineering is also moving into the Terraces, expanding into a newly renovated 24,000-square-foot office, with plans to double its headcount by the end of the year.
  • Total Quality Logistics is also expanding in Dunwoody at Sterling Pointe. TQL, one of the nation’s largest freight brokerage firms, is opening a new 20,000-square-foot office that will bring about 100 employees to the city.

TriNet makes its mark

California-based TriNet is making great progress on its new national hub at Dunwoody’s High Street. The sign on the building (pictured here) is another step toward its official grand opening this summer. Last year, TriNet signed a deal to secure 150,000 square feet at High Street, where the HR solutions company plans to create 750 jobs over the next five years, representing a $15.4 million investment in the district. TriNet is already proving to be a great employer and partner, working closely with the Greater Perimeter Chamber.

Insight Global marks 25 years

Insight Global has grown exponentially since its inception in 2001 in a small strip mall near the Perimeter area. Today, it’s one of the largest professional services and staffing firms in the world, expected to reach $5.3B in revenue this year with a global workforce of more than 40,000 full-time and contracted employees across 40 countries. The company, which built its headquarters at Twelve24 on Hammond Drive, expanded further in Dunwoody last year, leasing 133,700 square feet of space at Campus 244. This is the company’s new training and professional services campus, within walking distance of HQ. Insight Global is a big part of what makes the City of Dunwoody thrive.
