News to Know
Due to the recent government shutdown, the deadline to submit EEO-1 data will be extended until May 31, 2019. 

OSHA's final rule eliminates the requirement for establishments with 250 or more employees to electronically submit information from OSHA Forms 300 and 301.

Now that E-Verify operations have resumed, employers who participate in E-Verify must create an E-Verify case by February 11, 2019, for each employee hired while E-Verify was not available.
