Yesterday, the  U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia lifted a stay on the pay data reporting revisions to the EEO-1 form, meaning covered employers may need to report information on wages and total hours worked.  

Now that the House is controlled by the Democrats, members have introduced several bills with an emphasis on workforce protections. In addition, FLSA proposed regulations are on the horizon for March.

Even though the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act, better known as COBRA, has been in place for more than 30 years, there are still questions that arise related to employee benefit plans.
