News to Know
The Internal Revenue Service announced guidance that provides cost‑of‑living adjustments affecting dollar limitations for 401(k), pension plans and other retirement-related items for tax year 2020.

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP) released its Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL). The list includes 500 establishments designated for upcoming VEVRAA-focused reviews. 

Curbing the cost of health care and increasing its affordability remain the top priorities for almost all employers, yet nearly two in three employers see health care affordability as the most difficult challenge to tackle.
