Worship Service Time
9:30am - Immanuel Sanctuary
Dear Disciples of Jesus at Immanuel Lutheran,

Go in peace. Share God's gift of love with all" is how we are sent from worship each Sunday. Our response "Thanks be to God" is our commitment that we, indeed, will live out our faith daily until we gather for worship again, working to fulfill our purpose. In doing so we continue the work of those who Jesus himself commissioned for ministry. We know there are many who need God's healing words of grace. "The harvest is plentiful," is how Jesus put it. And so we persevere, even though some may reject what we have to share, trusting that "the kingdom of God has come near," and God's will will be done.

See you on Sunday!

Pastor Gretchen
O God, the Father of our Lord Jesus, you are the city that shelters us, the mother who comforts us. With your Spirit accompany us on our life’s journey, that we may spread your peace in all the world, through your Son, Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. Amen.

Baby Steps
We are gathering disposable diapers and wipes for Baby Steps starting NOW! There will be wagons in the narthex of Immanuel.
Baby Steps is a program run by St. Michael’s that helps low income pregnant and parenting mothers to better care for their pregnancy, children, and families through education and incentive programs.

Immanuel has had a long tradition of donating to Baby Steps. Sizes 4, 5 and 6 are most needed, but all sizes are welcome. Also, wipes and other supplies are needed for these mothers and their babies.

On July 21st after service, all offerings are loaded into wagons and taken to St. Michael's Episcopal Church by our children of Immanuel. It’s quite the parade!

We talk about LOVE, JOY, and PEACE. Extra pages are found on the bulletin board in the hospitality room if you’d like to join us on our journey this summer.
