About the Speaker
Deb retired in March 2022 after over 42 years working in bank trust companies, consulting firms, and Stiles Financial. Deb's primary focus was working with companies of all sizes on their benefit programs, particularly retirement plans. She assisted with plan design and compliance, administration, and investment strategy. And, particularly enjoyed educating employees on the need to save (start early and save as much as you can!) and invest wisely.

Deb is a Minnesota native growing up in the Twin Cities, attending Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, and returning to the Twin Cities for her entire career. She obtained a number of professional designations and was active in many professional organizations. In retirement she continues to volunteer in retirement plan-oriented organizations, helps oversee investments at a pet rescue organization, and is Vice-President of the Alumni Board at Gustavus. She enjoys time with her family, including her 91 year-old mom, long walks with the dog, gardening (if spring ever arrives) and travel. Deb is also very excited to welcome a new son-in-law to the family at her daughter's wedding this August.
