The City of Peachtree Corners has launched Choose PTC, a points-based program that offers rewards for shopping locally. Users of the app will receive 1 PTC point, worth one dollar in credit, per dollar spent on qualifying purchases. Construction Tech is Taking Off at Curiosity Lab: SkyMul Tests Rebar-Tying Drones at the Innovation Center 

SkyMul is taking construction to new heights at Curiosity Lab’s Innovation Center. The young company, headed by CEO Eohan George, just took over half of our design lab to further develop its SkyTy drone solution, which aims to tie reinforcing bar (rebar) at construction sites almost two and half times faster, 32% cheaper, and with 84% less labor than manual rebar tying.  Read More

Congratulations to Councilwoman Lorri Christopher 

Councilwoman Christopher has received the "You are the Key" award. One Rotarian is nominated by each of the DeKalb Rotary Council clubs and the awards committee selects the recipient. Lorri was honored for her key support to the DeKalb Rotary Council (where she serves as Treasurer), District 6900 (where she has served as an Assistant Governor and in other capacities), and GRSP (where she serves as Secretary of the Executive Committee). This award is given in honor of PDG Bob Grant from Stone Mountain.

Save the Date! Memorial Day Ceremony

Please join the community on May 30th at 11:15 AM at the Peachtree Corners Veterans Monument to recognize Memorial Day.  Every year, Memorial Day gives us a chance to pause and honor the courage and patriotism of the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice. 

There will be seating for 150 people, and the ceremony will last approximately 45 minutes.  For information about the Veterans Monument, please visit www.ptcvets.net.
