Progress in the Lincoln King Neighborhood
Construction is moving forward in the Lincoln King Neighborhood! Crews are actively working on the foundation for the new Community Center and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), a major step toward expanding access to health and community services on the city’s north side.
Nearby, Habitat for Humanity of Racine & Kenosha Counties is preparing to build two new homes along Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. And across from the center, the City of Racine Community Development Authority is advancing plans to construct 33 new townhomes, bringing more high-quality housing to the neighborhood.
Together, these investments are part of a broader effort to revitalize the area with new infrastructure, essential services, and affordable housing.
