See new products and styles before everyone else through our Market Update just for you!
Hello {First Name},
Twice a year designers, buyers, manufacturers, and a host of others from around the world come to the I nternational Home Furnishings Market in High Point, North Carolina. They come to see the most innovative new products, discover unique merchandising concepts and see the trends as they happen.
High Point Market features an amazing 12 million square feet of showroom and exhibit space and 2,000 manufacturers in multiple buildings in downtown High Point, making it by far the world’s largest home furnishings market; and the one event you just can not afford to miss. Each Market attracts more than 75,000 industry professionals who come to buy, learn, and network with thought-leaders, trend-setters, and industry experts.
So the Copper Leaf team traveled to the show, to stay on top of all the latest feature improvements and style updates....just  for you!  Now that everyone has returned, keep reading to see what the next big trends are in interior design. CONSIDER THE COLORS
Neutral colors were prevalent, with an especially strong nod to the use of "white on white", although creams, ivory and champagne were also popular. Crave a little more color than that? Try a warm grey for your neutral backdrop.
BRIGHT AND BOLD
Two of the strongest hues to help bring color to a space were blue and green,  in natural, saturated, and intense variations.
AGATE ROCKS!
Agate and geods were everywhere, and with good reason. These beautifully intricate stones were used in their natural state, as seen in this artwork and lighting fixture. Yet, they were also used as inspiration  as in these rugs and fabrics.
Pamela's Picks
GILT and GLAMOUR
Luxury in finishes, fabrics and furniture was a hot trend this year. She especially liked when it was paired with strong clean design lines, as seen  in the  Caracole showroom, where she caught up with Editor in Chief of
Luxe Interiors + Design, Pamela Jaccarino.
Jessica's Favorites
A HEALTHY DOSE OF GRAINS
Market held many furnishings that showcased a strong use of natural wood grain. Jessica 's favorite pieces mixed the finishes, sometimes with different stains, and sometimes with paint. These painted pieces, incidentally, were a clever way to introduce a color into the space while still showing the integrity of the wood.

DESIGN LINES
This was Kristen's first trip to Market, and she found much to be excited about. One of her favorites was the incorporation of strong design lines and geometric shapes.
Another fun trend that caught her eye was decorating in an unusual way with books. Here you see two examples of book covers being used to create scenes and sayings...and making quite an impact!
  Mighty Motorization
This trend was popular with everyone and was seen extensively throughout the showrooms.  Additional features, new products and upgraded components were everywhere.  This means many choices for customized furnishings for you! Perhaps nowhere was it more exciting than at the
American Leather showroom.
