Professional Development

We began our Student Affairs Culture Reboot Work with our SA Supervisors this fall, and now we'll continue it in the spring with each of you, our staff! This training will provide you with details and insight into how we as Student Affairs colleagues can live into our values, support one another, and love our students to success.

As we shared earlier this week, all non-supervisory Classified, Prof Tech, or Faculty staff within Student Affairs are invited to participate in a two-day required training this spring. There are multiple dates to choose from for training during both the spring and summer semesters. All Student Affairs employees are required to participate in this culture reboot training. Please note, however, that we will not be able to offer this training to hourly or temporary staff at this time. We are actively exploring alternative options for hourly and temporary staff members.

All trainings are offered in a Thursday/Friday format from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and you must attend both days within a training block to receive credit for attendance. Trainings will be limited to 35 participants per block.

Click the button below to see the training schedule and links to sign up. The sign-up deadline is January 31.
