Building Culture One Step at a Time

As we continue to grow together through change, let’s remember that culture isn’t created in a single moment—it’s built through our daily habits, conversations, and actions.

This month, we’re highlighting a short video that explores this idea.

Simon Sinek reminds us that meaningful cultural change doesn’t start with grand gestures.

It begins with small, consistent behaviors—especially how we listen, communicate, and support each other every day.

As we navigate new transitions in Student Affairs, take a moment to reflect on the small actions you can take to build a strong, connected culture.
